Over £1,400 raised for the Jersey Christmas Appeal

Nikki & I wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone that made our first Winter Wonderland Open Day so special. With your help, we raised £1,420.50 for the Jersey Christmas Appeal.

The Jersey Christmas Appeal helps on average 1,500 individuals or families each year, giving out vouchers for food, fuel and young persons.

The Volunteers

We wanted to make a special callout to the volunteers that helped run the day:

• Home Farm Equestrian Jersey, for loaning us many of the decorations you saw around the garden.
• Karen (Curtis' Mum), for setting up the decorations and spending the day braving the cold to take admissions.
• Annette from Jersey Christmas Appeal, for the partnership and supporting us on the gate.
• Trevor, for running the layout during the day and keeping you all entertained with the trains.
• Chris and Ray, for helping Nikki in the railway cafe, and Katrina for the fantastic cakes.
